All of us were raised on those corny yet fantastic Olsen Twins movies. We all adored following their travels on screen and wished we had a twin sister because of it. And we observed how those two cute tiny girls’ styles evolved as they grew older on TV. They evolved from adorable young people who wore coordinating ensembles to fashionable teenagers who embraced uniqueness to the pinnacle of boho-chic that we have come to know them with. These days, if they go out together, they are virtually always dressed to complement one another—not in a matching or contrasting manner, but just in a way that makes them seem good together without being similar. In no particular order, let’s look at some of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s best outfits.
1. Before 1996
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in 1996, demonstrating that even as a young child, one can be a fashion icon. But in all seriousness, they would have been the most well-known influencers ever if Instagram had existed back then.
2. 2018 CFDA Awards
The phrase “matching but not identical” refers to this. Both are dressed in all-black and look fierce, but Ashley opted for a more feminine, exquisite shirt, while Mary-Kate chose a military belt to cinch around the waist.

Mary-Kate chose a black outfit with a colourful accent, while Ashley Olsen opted for a baggy white style. Everything about those red snakeskin shoes.

Ashley Olsen go to the Hammerstein Ballroom for the CFDA fashion awards. Once more, they chose a time-tested combination. For them, black and white works best. Mary-Kate opted for a stylish oversized button-down and slicked hair, while Ashley sported a floor-length black dress with beachy waves and a faint gothic flair.

Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & The Catholic Imagination was the focus of the event. And in our perspective, the twins’ boho style is god-like. Beautiful fabrics and jewellery were used throughout. They appear to be suited for a painting.
6. 2014 Met Gala
We adored seeing Mary-Kate and Ashley together once more on the Met Gala red carpet in 2014. Look at how stunning they are. And those clothes are extremely stylish and elegant.

Everything about these two is excellent, including the stairside pose, the all-black ensembles, the textures of their clothes, and more. China: Through the Looking Glass was the subject for that year.
8. 2016 MET GALA
Manus X Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology was that year’s Met Gala theme, in case you missed it. However, the Olsen twins have made it a point to just dress however they like. On Ashley’s gold dress, though, you can kind of see how the pattern might be somewhat related to the topic.
