The most significant meal of the day is breakfast, as everyone is aware. You’re more likely to overeat at lunch or dinner if you skip it. No one desires that, right? Given that you still have the rest of the day to go through and can burn these calories off, breakfast is also the ideal meal of the day to reward yourself. Few of us, though, have the time or desire to prepare lavish breakfasts. So, here is an useful collection of three-ingredient breakfast recipes that are easy to make, tasty, and quick.
1. Pancakes on Monday
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 ripe banana, and 1.5 cups of almond flour (and a teaspoon of baking powder if you want them to be fluffy)

A quick breakfast alternative that tastes delicious is chia pudding. It’s rich in fiber, healthful omega 3 fats, and is excellent for people who experience bloating. The night before, simply combine everything in a glass, and in the morning, you’ll have a delectable breakfast that you may garnish with fruits and berries if you like.
3. Bagels on Wednesday
Ingredients: cream cheese, bagels, and any topping.
This one should go without saying. Simply arrange everything on the bagel. A lot of combinations are possible here. Both cream cheese and salmon and cream cheese and strawberries are tasty combinations. Avo and some tabasco or avocado and egg are some options. Countless choices!
My advice is to toast the bagel first. It tastes much better that way.
4. Egg and bacon cups on Thursday
Ingredients: bacon, eggs, and seasonings
You are correct if you believe that preparing eggs and bacon doesn’t really take that long. The preparation of your breakfast only takes a few minutes. Try baking the eggs and bacon cups instead if you’d rather spend those minutes applying makeup than watching the skillet.
5. Avocado Toast on Friday
Ingredients: spices, bread, avocado (eggs are optional)
There’s a reason why this was the most popular breakfast of 2017, and we think it’s going to stick around. Avocado toast is a timeless dish. And creating it is so simple. Avocado can simply be smeared over bread and topped with salt or hot sauce. Alternately, you could go the extra mile and serve it with an egg.
6. Saturday bars with coconut and almonds
Ingredients: 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 cup coconut flakes, and 1 cup of almonds. (Add salt if you prefer a more flavorful taste)
These bars pair well with your morning cup of coffee and are tasty. And you can prepare a large number of them beforehand. To prepare them, simply combine all the ingredients, place the mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, pack it down firmly, and bake for about 30 minutes. Cut them into bars after they have totally cooled.
7. Sunday pancakes with banana
Ingredients: two eggs, one ripe banana, and a dash of cinnamon.
Pancakes are the best breakfast food. However, eating them frequently could result in unwelcome weight gain, so here is a quick and nutritious recipe for pancakes that uses no flour. A ripe banana, two eggs, and some cinnamon are all you need. Combine all ingredients, cook in a nonstick skillet, and savor your guilt-free pancakes.
