Kristen Bell Shared an At-Home Arm Exercise

Although the actress rarely gives us a peek into her workouts, we are aware that Kristen Bell is in good shape. But this week, she shared an exercise she uses to achieve chiselled arms at the age of 40.

Bell shared an arm exercise on her Instagram Story on Tuesday. What’s best? It is achievable at home! The Frozen II actress completed the sequence by doing a few triceps dips with a chair and her cute puppy Lola on her lap for support. Bell captioned the video, “It’s so much simpler to work out with a companion!”

The mother of two also offered followers a brief preview of her lower-body workout in April. In her blog post, she said, “I thought the burpees at the end would kill me…but I’m very much ALIVE and immensely grateful for that blood pounding workout.

Bell enjoys taking SoulCycle and Pilates courses, but she also seeks for unique ways to work out at home. “I run up my driveway, turn around, and repeat. Ten or fifteen times, I do it. I probably spend about 15 minutes doing it all,” she told SHAPE. It’s great for your body, brain, and heart. Additionally, running gives me a strong feeling.

While working, she performs some reps as well. I’ll be doing triceps dips while leaning backward on a chair, she added, “going through lines with my fellow actors.” I’ll perform lunges while my kids are meandering and gazing at the foliage on our family walk at home. Whenever and however I can, I get it in.

Bell prioritises exercise primarily because it helps her maintain a stable mood. “I don’t exercise to achieve a specific body type. She said on Instagram that she exercises for her mental wellness. And I observe a MAJOR difference between the two. I feel depressed, agitated, worried, and lethargic when I don’t. When I do, I feel happy, inspired, at peace, and energised.
